BluePunch is a construction punch list and quantity takeoff application for Android and IOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data Collection

BluePunch does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data created within the app — including projects, photos, measurements, and PDF exports — is stored entirely on your device's local storage.

Camera Permission

BluePunch requests access to your device camera solely to capture photos of construction deficiencies for inclusion in punch list reports. Photos are:

• Stored locally on your device only
• Never uploaded to any server or cloud service
• Never shared with third parties
• Fully under your control to delete at any time

File Access

BluePunch accesses PDF files that you explicitly select for import. These files are read locally to render construction plans within the app. No file data is transmitted externally.

Third-Party Services

BluePunch does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud services. The app functions entirely offline.

Data Storage

All app data (projects, punch points, photos, measurements, and settings) is stored in a local SQLite database on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove all associated data.

Children's Privacy

BluePunch is a professional tool intended for use by construction industry professionals. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
